Return & Refund Policy

We appreciate the interest shown by you in our products. We are sure that our products would be in sync with your requirement and expectations. To ensure this, our delivery happens only after all necessary approvals for the sample and product quality checks. However, in case you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Payments

Online Payment at Websheaven is facilitated by Third Party and hence Websheaven cannot be held responsible for any errors. In case of any such issues, you would need to connect with your respective banks only.

ORDER POLICY

1.The order will be placed only after receiving 100% advance from the customer.

2.Delivery will be done within 15-30 days of order placement

3.Photos and tracking of the order will be given to the customer after payment.

In case of payment failure being displayed despite payment debit, then the payment would be auto-reversed within 7 working days.

Cancellation Policy

1.You must cancel the order within 12 hours of placing the order

2.The order will not be canceled after the order is placed.

3.If for any reason you cancel the order, you will be refunded after deducting the courier and maintenance charges.

Returns

In case of any defect, you can return the products within 3 calendar days from the date when you received it.

To be eligible for return it is mandatory that:

Product should be unused

Product must be in the original packing

Product should be in exact same condition as delivered

You should be able to furnish the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

1.You will be eligible for a refund if the product turns out to be damaged or incorrect

2.You have to apply for refund with damage proof within 12 hours of order delivery

3.After the refund is successful, you will have to wait for at least 7 working days for the refund.

4.All rights regarding refund will be reserved with us

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
